3.2 The Client is encouraged to seek help from licensed professionals for any mental health or medical concerns.
3.3 The services provided do not include:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychotherapy

  • Psychological diagnoses or treatment

3.4 Participation in the program does not establish a medical or therapeutic relationship between the Client and the Coach.
3.5 For medical or psychological emergencies, the Client must consult appropriate healthcare professionals.

4. Program Characteristics

4.1 The program consists of digital products and services, including:

  • Pre-recorded materials

  • Live Zoom sessions for practical application
    4.2 The program is exclusively delivered online and requires:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A device such as a laptop or PC

  • A user account for access

4.3 The program is designed to enhance the Client’s quality of life and energy management through personal development techniques.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All materials provided in our courses, including videos, worksheets, and resources, are the intellectual property of Journey to OneSelf.
5.2 These materials are for personal use only and cannot be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 All sales of online courses are final.
6.2 Refunds will only be granted in cases where technical issues or system errors prevent access to the course.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The Coach provides guidance and tools for personal growth. However, the Client understands that:

  • Success depends on their own effort and commitment.

  • No guarantees are made regarding the outcomes of coaching or courses.

7.2 The "Self-Mastery" program is not a professional training course and does not provide an accredited certification.

8. Responsibility and Honesty

8.1 The Client agrees to answer questions truthfully and follow the Coach's recommendations to the best of their ability.
8.2 The program is intended for personal use and is dedicated to individuals seeking energy management and personal growth.

9. Not a Substitute for Professional Training

9.1 The "Self-Mastery" program does not qualify as professional training and does not offer accreditation.
9.2 If the Client seeks professional qualification in this field, they may explore accredited courses.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Australia.
